All our items are perishable and are unable to be resold once they have been shipped. Due to this, we do not accept returns. If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please email us at email@example.com and we will make it right with either a replacement or refund.
Orders cannot be refunded
if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery,
if there were spelling or grammatical errors, or
for incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reroute the package for you provided the courier has not already shipped this package back to AUNTY TEGA.
Changes or cancellation of orders: We are happy to make any changes to your order if it is not already in processing, in transit or has already been delivered. If you need to make changes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Please do not throw away damaged products. Instead, report damaged items to AUNTY TEGA within 3 days of receipt by emailing email@example.com. You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged item(s) and/or packaging. Once reported we will be happy to either send a replacement or issue a refund.
